Private commissions and custom made pieces are not returnable nor refundable.

Damaged in Transit

In case items are damaged in transit, please email info@veronica-k.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with attached images of damaged packaging and product. You will receive a response regarding this issue as soon possible.
