We ship UPS and USPS depending on packaging weight, size and shape.

Shipping Internationally
For shipping internationally, we offer the following options:

– DHL Express Worldwide (2–10 business days)

– FedEx International Priority (2–10 business days)
International orders are subject to the country’s import fees, duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your location, we may require additional information from you to comply with customs, such as TIN or SSN.
Shipping Date
Generally orders will be packed and shipped within 7 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise.

The shipping times for delivery vary according to destination and service.
Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number provided by the currier service.
Multiple Addresses
Can I ship to multiple addresses on the same order?

No. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each delivery address.
Packaging
Are there any additional charges for packing?

There is an additional charge for shipping tubes to send posters. The tube helps ensure that posters arrive safely.
Will my order ship in multiple packages?
Some items are packed and shipped separately to ensure that they arrive safely.
Taxes
Sales tax will be added to orders in accordance with applicable laws in each state. Any taxes will be indicated at checkout.
Insurance
We only offer insurance for items that are listed as “Contact to Buy” or upon request.
Return & Exchanges
All sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect Items
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in good conditions. However, if for any reason it arrives damaged, please take photographs of the parcel before opening and notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not sign the “Received in good condition” declaration if you haven’t examined the exterior of the parcel or if it is damaged. We will not be able to refund if the parcel is signed as being “received in good condition” but is later found to be damaged. You will be offered a refund or, if you prefer, we can send you a different item of equal or lesser value of your choosing as soon as possible. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@veronica-k.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Lost, Undeliverable or
Missing Orders/Items
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.

We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address.
International orders may be delayed by customs.

Undeliverable shipments may necessitate additional shipping fees to resend. If you refuse to claim your shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any taxes and / or customs charges incurred for its delivery and return; this amount will be deducted from your refund.
